3.1 Image Processing

When you capture a photo:

• The image is temporarily uploaded to our secure servers for AI analysis
• The image is processed by our AI model to generate descriptions
• The image is immediately deleted after analysis
• We do NOT store, save, or retain your images

3.2 Service Improvement

• Anonymous usage statistics help us improve AI accuracy
• Crash reports help us fix bugs and improve stability
• Usage patterns help us optimize performance

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Local Storage

• Usage count and subscription status are stored locally on your device
• No personal data is transmitted to external servers except for AI processing

• All data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS
• Images are processed on secure, isolated servers
• Immediate deletion of images after processing
• No long-term storage of user content

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 AI Processing

We use Replicate API for AI image analysis. Images are:

• Temporarily processed on their servers
• Subject to their privacy policy and terms of service
• Immediately deleted after processing

5.2 Cloud Storage

We use Cloudflare R2 (AWS S3-compatible) for temporary image storage during processing:

• Images are stored only during the analysis process
• Automatic deletion after processing completes
• Secure, encrypted storage

5.3 Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We never have access to your payment card details.

6. Your Rights

6.1 Access and Control

• You can revoke camera access at any time in iOS Settings
• You can delete the app to remove all locally stored data
• You can cancel subscriptions through App Store settings

6.2 Data Deletion

Because we don't store your personal data or images:

• There is no data to delete from our servers
• Deleting the app removes all local data from your device

7. Children's Privacy

BrightWorld is designed for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require personal information to function.

8. International Users

BrightWorld is available worldwide. By using our app, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, regardless of your location.
