Q: How do I use BrightWorld?
Simply tap anywhere on the screen to capture a photo. The AI will analyze it and provide a voice description of what it sees. No complicated buttons or gestures needed!
Q: How many free analyses do I get?
Free users get 3 AI analyses per day. This quota resets every 24 hours. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited analyses.
Q: How accurate is the AI?
Our AI uses state-of-the-art technology and provides highly accurate descriptions in most cases. However, AI is not 100% perfect. Image quality, lighting, and subject matter can affect accuracy. Always use your judgment for critical decisions.
Q: Does BrightWorld store my photos?
No! We value your privacy. Photos are temporarily processed for AI analysis and immediately deleted. We do not store, save, or share your images.
Q: How do I upgrade to Premium?
Tap the crown icon (👑) in the top-right corner of the app, or wait until you reach your daily limit. You'll be prompted to view subscription plans. Choose monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($39.99, save 33%).
Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → BrightWorld → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Q: How do I restore my purchases?
In the subscription page, tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. This will restore your subscription if you've already purchased it on this Apple ID.
Q: The app isn't working correctly. What should I do?
Try these steps:
  • Force quit the app and reopen it
  • Restart your iPhone
  • Check that BrightWorld has camera permission in Settings
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Update to the latest version in the App Store

Q: What languages does BrightWorld support?
BrightWorld currently provides voice feedback in English and Chinese. The AI automatically detects the language of the description text and uses the appropriate voice.
Q: Does BrightWorld work offline?
No, BrightWorld requires an internet connection to process images through our AI service. The analysis happens on secure cloud servers to provide the most accurate results.
Q: Can I use BrightWorld for reading text?
Yes! BrightWorld can identify and describe text in images. However, for dedicated text reading, you might also want to use specialized OCR apps alongside BrightWorld.
Q: Is BrightWorld accessible for VoiceOver users?
Absolutely! BrightWorld is fully compatible with iOS VoiceOver. All features are designed with accessibility in mind, including large touch targets and comprehensive audio feedback.
