By downloading, accessing, or using BrightWorld ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BrightWorld is an AI-powered vision assistant application designed to help visually impaired users understand their surroundings through:

• Image capture and AI analysis
• Voice-guided descriptions
• Accessibility features optimized for visually impaired users

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• Users under 18 must have parental consent
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. License to Use

4.1 Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BrightWorld for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
• Share your subscription with others
• Use the App to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others

5. Free and Premium Services

5.1 Free Tier

• 3 AI analyses per day
• Basic features and voice feedback
• Subject to daily usage limits

5.2 Premium Subscriptions

• Monthly: $4.99/month
• Yearly: $39.99/year
• Unlimited AI analyses
• Priority processing
• Enhanced features

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You will be charged 24 hours before the renewal date

6.2 Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through App Store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods

6.3 Price Changes

• We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Price changes affect new subscriptions and renewals
• You can cancel before the price change takes effect

7. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store
• We do not control Apple's refund decisions
• Apple typically offers refunds within 14 days of purchase

8. AI Accuracy and Limitations

8.1 Not Medical Device

BrightWorld is NOT a medical device and should NOT be used for:

• Medical diagnosis
• Critical navigation decisions
• Emergency situations
• Situations where incorrect information could cause harm

8.2 AI Limitations

• AI may make mistakes or provide inaccurate information
• Descriptions are generated algorithmically and may be incomplete
• Image quality affects accuracy
• Use your judgment and discretion

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App responsibly and at your own risk
• Not rely solely on AI descriptions for critical decisions
• Comply with photography laws in your area
• Respect others' privacy when capturing photos
• Use the App in accordance with these Terms

10. Intellectual Property

• BrightWorld and all its contents are our property
• App design, logo, and branding are protected by copyright
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App
• AI-generated descriptions are provided for your personal use only

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• No warranty of accuracy or reliability
• No warranty of uninterrupted service
• No warranty of error-free operation
• No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for subscriptions in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for damages caused by AI inaccuracies
• We are not liable for service interruptions or technical issues

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

14. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your information.

15. Termination

15.1 By You

• You can stop using the App at any time
• Delete the App to terminate your use
• Cancel subscriptions through App Store

15.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or misuse the service

16. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be notified in the App

17. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction
• Disputes will be resolved in accordance with local laws
• For US users: California law applies

18. Dispute Resolution

18.1 Informal Resolution
